Benjamin has been dying to go fishing at the lake in our neighborhood (to be owned this afternoon by my sister and brother in law). Shane was over at the property mowing and told Benjamin he would take him fishing. They were gone maybe 30 minutes. When they got back I asked Bub if he caught "supper". He didn't answer me - but Shane said "you're going to want to upload these" and got his camera out.

A 3.5 pound Large Mouth Bass.....
Bub was thrilled (although no smiles in these pics might lead you to believe otherwise) and I can only imagine how excited Shane was......... He is a bass fisherman afterall .....and now this lake is going to be HIS.
Bub said it hurt a little while holding it in the first pic (with all that weight pulling down on his little thumb) and when it was biting down on his thumb in the last pic. CUTE!!!!!!
